Combine to Upgrade Spares Centre’s Outdated Dynamics GP Accounting System.

Burlington, Mass. – Paragon Software Solutions, a Microsoft Partner, announced that the company successfully upgraded the accounts payable accounting system for local beer distributor Commercial Distributing Company, Inc. of Westfield, Massachusetts to Microsoft Dynamics® GP 2010 with Management Reporter and SQL Reporting Services. The company was upgraded from Microsoft Dynamics GP 9, but prior to the upgrade, much of the company’s A/P process was manual. They are now utilizing Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010 for invoicing, check processing, account analysis and results and performance reporting. Using GP delivers a far more accurate and faster process for improved time efficiency.

“The transition to the new system was very smooth with Paragon’s expertise and direction,” commented Zora Gonsalves, human resources executive. “Paragon was extremely knowledgeable, well informed and patient throughout the entire process when working with our staff.”

Commercial Distributing Co. utilizes AS/400 to process accounts receivable. Paragon’s expertise is in integrating a company’s current effective technology with Microsoft Dynamics GP for an overall enhanced financial management system. This process delivered minimal interruption to Commercial Distributing’s day-to-day operations.
